This is a classic Italian Brunello from a relatively well known producer and from a successful vintage. Very ripe fruit detected along with firm tannin. Acidity is on the higher side. The wine has a herbal medicinal syrupy taste. A good food wine that would accompany well with a classic roast. 9 years from the vintage and this wine can still be aged to shed more tannin. Rating: 88-90 points

Gary Vaynerchuk tries 3 very interesting wines in a format he is far more accustomed to. The format you see today is reminiscent to the way Gary and many other wine buyers BUY wine for their establishments!

I want to make Sangria this coming weekend, what is a good kind of sweet red wine to make the Sangria with?
Hello there…..
My sister in law is from Barcelona, Spain. She said that you can use any good red wine. The trick is not the sweet wine but the sweet things that you put into it. Like 7-up, real fruit juice and then the fruits with orange and lemon slices. You cannot get more authentic than someone from Spain. LOL
Take Care,
Stay Well.
I’m looking for two kind of places the first a place where you can take a cooking class and then eat the meal and drink wine. and the second a place where you eat dinner and take a dance lesson. or anything else along those lines. Thanks

German Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients: 6 Redskin Potatos, Bundle of Scallions, Bundle of
Parsley, 1 Red Onion, 8 Slices of Bacon, 2 Tablespoons of Sugar, 1 Tablespoon of Flour, ½ Cup of Water, 1/3 Cup od White Wine Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon of Mustard, Salt, Pepper
Instructions: Wash all Vegetables thoroughly, Skin & Dice raw Potatos, Dice the Scallions, Red Onion, & Parsley. Fill a large pot up with enough water to cover your Potatos but don’t add Potatos yet, Bring water to a full boil, add Diced Potatos, boil for 15 minutes, then Drain all water and let Potatos cool down. Cook 8 Slices of Bacon, Remove Bacon & Set aside the left over Bacon Grease. Dice cooked Bacon, then warm up your Bacon Grease on Medium Heat, then very careful and slowly add Water, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Flower & Mustard stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth, then add Scallions & Red Onion, stir sauce thruroughly.
This next part is VERY CRITICAL so pay close attention. VERY SLOWLY add the Sauce to the Potatos just adding a little bit at a time and stirring potatos very carefully and with a light touch until all of the Sauce is stirred into the Potatos. * NOTE: If you pour sauce in too fast or stir too vigorously the potato salad will turn into a soupy mush, you don’t want that. So that point is VERY CRITICAL! After the Potatos and the sauce are mixted together, then add the Parsley, Diced Bacon and Salt & Pepper to taste. Server Warm or Cold, ENJOY!
Extra Notes: Some German Potato Salad Recipes call for additional ingredients such as Chopped Celery or celery seeds, And or Diced Dill Pickles, and some recipes also suggest you leave the Skins on the Potatos.
